NOCC is a communications platform that dispatches selected personnel to a specific incident using text, voicemail and email.
After an Incident has been reported and vetted, the Dispatcher selects the most appropriate Responders by using search parameters, such as skill set and proximity.
A bulletin is then broadcast to the selected personnel using text, voicemail and email (including attachments when needed).
As a dispatch system, the platform can handle any sort of incident, from emergency situations to scheduled demonstrations, rallies, and online actions. It can be used to issue alerts, warnings and reminders as well.
